Pre-heat oven to 350F and bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool and remove from pan by inverting sheet pan using the bottom of a second pan with parchment paper.
Peel back parchment paper and cut into 32 brownies.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
Can be wrapped individually and frozen.
