Ingredients
- 6 lbs butter unsalted
- 2.5 lbs brown sugar
- 4.5 lbs sugar
- 1/8 cup vanilla extract
- 27 ea eggs
- 24 cups flour
- 4 tbsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp salt
- 2.5 lbs Reese's pieces
- 2.5 lbs M & M's
- 3 lbs Heath pieces
- 6 cups chocolate chips

Instructions
Cream
- Cream together butter, brown sugar and sugar. Add vanilla. Add eggs one at a time.
Sift
- Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Mix 2 minutes.
Add candy
- Add candy and mix until just combined. Roll into logs on parchment and freeze.
Bake
- Pre-heat oven to 350F. 4oz dough portions placed on parchment lined cookie sheet. Do not flatten dough. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned - do not over bake.
